Job Description Oversee full project lifecycle for MDCPS renovations, additions, and capital improvement work. Develop and manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and documentation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and district stakeholders. Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports. Maintain compliance with MDCPS standards, permitting requirements, and district protocols. Lead project meetings and communicate updates to internal teams and MDCPS personnel. Provide onsite leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality execution. Manage daily field operations, subcontractor performance, and logistics. Enforce jobsite safety, OSHA requirements, and MDCPS safety protocols.
