About Situar Group Situar Group LLC is a growing specialty contractor focused on the engineering, fabrication, and installation of Architectural & Miscellaneous Metals throughout Florida. Our scope includes railings, monumental stairs, canopies, trellises, screens, ornamental metals, aluminum systems, structural steel, and custom architectural metal solutions for multifamily, hospitality, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple projects from contract award through final closeout. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the architectural metals, miscellaneous metals, ornamental metals, and structural steel industries and possess strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from award through closeout. Lead project kickoff meetings and client coordination efforts. Review contracts, scope, drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and approval processes. Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone tracking. Coordinate procurement, fabrication, logistics, and field installation activities. Identify, price, negotiate, and track change orders. Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flow, and profitability. Manage project risks and proactively resolve issues. Maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, Owners, Architects, and Consultants. Lead and mentor Project Managers, Coordinators, and support staff. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. QualificationsRequired 10+ years of Project Management experience in construction. 5+ years managing Architectural Metals, Miscellaneous Metals, Ornamental Metals, or Structural Steel projects. Strong understanding of fabrication and installation processes. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of change orders, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and project management software. Preferred Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, Tekla PowerFab, or similar systems. Experience with projects Residencial, Comercial, Hospitals and Insdustrial Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
