Job Description

Within the spirit of Making People s Dreams Come True , this position is responsible for helping keep key components of a project organized and running according to plan after all stages and timelines of a project are outlined and approved in support of Properties of The Villages. In addition, this role provides guidance to project coordinators with the day-to-day tasks relative to the project processes and systems. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities:
Work with leadership to develop necessary project steps. Act as a go to for fellow marketing project coordinators in support of completing client requests and projects, guiding tasks and project processes and assistance with project management. Participate in project meetings and assist administratively where necessary. Help provide communication of necessary information to affected stakeholders. Evaluate potential problems and proactively address and/or troubleshoot. Help manage team goals, project schedules and the communication of new information. Supervise current projects or certain aspects of projects and coordinate team members to keep workflow on track. Manage project related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, saved and stored. Facilitate project correspondence and communications by preparing and reviewing and sending project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails. Communicate with team and/or business units to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives. Work to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope expectations. Attend special meetings, educational sessions and/or assist leadership in ongoing training of team members as needed. Assist the Marketing team in its overall initiatives as requested. All other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four (4) year college or technical school; or four (4) years related experience and/or training in project management or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree in the field of marketing, real estate, business, administration, project management and/or related field preferred. This position requires strong project management skills, and the ability to problem solve to handle a variety of variables. Must be able to confidently and effectively communicate orally, in writing and electronically. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). This position is subjected to The Villages Vehicle Safety Program and its policies as it requires the use of personal vehicles for company business. A Valid Driver s License with a record acceptable to company standards is required for this position.
