Intern Track:
Designed for students currently pursuing a bachelor's degree who are interested in gaining real-world experience in electrical construction and project management.
Management Trainee Track:
Designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals seeking a long-term career in construction project management and leadership. Trainees will complete progressive field and operational assignments with the goal of assuming increased responsibility within MetroPower. Essential Functions Participants will gain exposure to areas including: Electrical construction field operations and worksite safety Materials, equipment, installation processes, and blueprint reading Project management, estimating, bidding, and scheduling Material handling, order processing, and project documentation Quality Assurance/Quality Control and process improvement Customer service and business operations Leadership and MetroPower's Servant Leadership philosophy Special projects, market research, and other assignments as needed Interns will primarily focus on learning, field exposure, and supporting project teams , while Management Trainees will receive progressive training in project, operational, and leadership responsibilities . Qualifications Candidates must be quick learners with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, personal integrity, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented construction environment.
