You will:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients , building strong, lasting relationships Coordinate and manage logistics of IT asset shipments from client sites to our facilities Provide ongoing updates on asset processing, auditing, data destruction, and resale Lead and participate in client settlement meetings , reviewing outcomes and value recovery Identify opportunities for additional services and repeat business Travel onsite when needed to inventory, pack, and coordinate shipment of IT equipment This is a hands-on role where you'll balance client communication, logistics coordination, and operational execution . What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in project management, logistics, or client-facing roles Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Good Excel skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Willingness to travel and work onsite when needed Experience in
ITAD, IT
