7-Month Contract We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead the execution of a fast-paced product initiative from planning through delivery. This role is critical in ensuring strong team coordination, sustained momentum, and disciplined execution across all phases of delivery. The ideal candidate is an experienced delivery leader who thrives in dynamic environments, effectively manages timelines, and collaborates across cross-functional teams. This individual will proactively drive follow-through, remove obstacles, and foster accountability while maintaining a pragmatic and adaptable approach to delivery. This role suits someone who combines structure with flexibility, understands how product rollout and user experience influence adoption, and is confident in challenging assumptions, surfacing risks, and enabling timely decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day delivery management, including planning sessions, team stand-ups, retrospectives, status reviews, and follow-ups Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions are actively managed Partner closely with the Product Owner to maintain clear priorities, well-defined backlog items, and alignment on scope and delivery expectations Establish and reinforce accountability across the team for commitments, timelines, deliverables, and decisions Proactively identify and resolve risks, bottlenecks, and gaps across teams Support product rollout activities by coordinating readiness across business and technical stakeholders Incorporate a user-centered mindset, considering user experience, adoption, and operational impact in delivery planning Manage and optimize project tracking tools (e.g., Jira), including boards, workflows, reporting, and dashboards Ensure clear, consistent communication across stakeholders regarding priorities, progress, dependencies, and next steps Apply agile delivery practices with a practical and flexible approach tailored to team and project needs Step in as needed to remove friction and maintain forward progress Required Qualifications 6-10 years of experience in project management, program management, delivery management, or similar roles Proven experience leading delivery in product or technology-driven environments Strong track record in managing project plans, execution, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications Hands-on experience with Jira, including backlog management, tracking, dashboards, and reporting Demonstrated ability to keep teams organized, focused, and accountable in fast-paced settings Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking initiative to drive progress Understanding of product rollout, change readiness, and user experience considerations Strong judgment and confidence to challenge assumptions and drive timely decisions Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting software, digital, analytics, or innovation-focused product teams Experience delivering products through launch and adoption phases Ability to balance structure, urgency, and flexibility while maintaining strong team relationships
