Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management Ability to adhere to company policies Ability to work as a team player Valid driver license required due to travel Ability to comply with company attendance policy Employer conducts Drug screen, Background check and Motor Vehicle Record check Basic knowledge of the mechanical trade is preferred but not a requirement Ability to learn in a fast pace environment Ability to comply with overall project schedule Ability to the assigned tasks in a timely manner Ability to communicate with both fellow employees and customers alike Minimum of four years training or equivalent experience
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and completing front end project specific tasks such as specification review and submittal preparation Review of subcontractor scopes of work for the issuing of contracts Assisting to monitor each projects status, schedule, planning, manpower needs, material status, monitoring the project budget, and review of the jobsite safety Responsibility to help ensure the individual project cost, schedule, quality standards, and company policies are followed After thoroughly demonstrating the skills, knowledge, and ability the position requires opportunities Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisor
Work Schedule:
Full-Time 7:00 am to 3:30 pm; 30 minute unpaid lunch 40 hours per week (potential overtime)
