We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Residential Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on larger residential electrical opportunities including panel upgrades, whole-home rewires, EV chargers, generator systems, surge protection, lighting projects, and other electrical improvements. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, professional, organized, customer-focused, and skilled at building trust and relationships with homeowners. Key Responsibilities Residential Electrical Sales & Project Development Meet with homeowners regarding residential electrical upgrade opportunities Evaluate customer needs and identify solutions that improve safety, reliability, and performance Build proposals for panel upgrades, service upgrades, rewires, EV chargers, generators, lighting systems, surge protection, and related electrical projects Present multiple options and explain project recommendations clearly and professionally Help homeowners make informed decisions regarding their electrical systems Customer Experience & Communication Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and project process Build trust and confidence with homeowners Follow up on unsold estimates and pending opportunities Maintain strong communication before, during, and after projects Ensure homeowners receive a professional, organized experience Project Coordination Coordinate with office staff, field supervisors, and installation teams Ensure accurate job documentation and project details within ServiceTitan/CRM Assist with scheduling and project handoff processes Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately Maintain organization and attention to detail throughout the sales cycle Revenue Growth & Opportunity Creation Generate additional upgrade opportunities through honest recommendations Identify safety concerns, deferred maintenance, and system improvement opportunities Help maximize close rates and customer satisfaction Support company growth through relationship-building and professionalism Qualifications Residential electrical sales or project management experience Required Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and upgrades Experience presenting estimates and proposals to homeowners preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized and process-driven Experience with ServiceTitan or CRM systems is a plus Valid driver's license preferred What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely cares about customers A strong communicator who builds trust naturally A motivated and goal-oriented professional Someone who takes pride in professionalism and organization A team player who thrives in a high-performance culture Someone who wants long-term growth and opportunity Compensation & Benefits Competitive base compensation Performance-based commissions and bonuses Paid holidays Paid time off Ongoing training and professional development Advancement opportunities Supportive leadership and team environment About Coast to
