Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget while effectively managing stakeholder expectations, project risks, and team performance. As a Senior Project Manager, you will collaborate with business leaders, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks. Facilitate communication among stakeholders, leadership teams, vendors, and project teams. Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to senior leadership. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues before they impact outcomes. Ensure projects adhere to company standards, policies, and best practices. Drive process improvements and project management excellence across the organization. Coordinate change management activities and support successful project adoption. Mentor junior project managers and team members as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of project management experience, including managing large-scale or complex projects. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting. Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
