Job Description

Build Your Career with Rapid Construction Solutions Rapid Construction Solutions is seeking a reliable and highly organized Project Manager Assistant to support our Project Management team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced work environment, values organization and communication, and takes pride in supporting both internal teams and external partners. As a Project Manager Assistant, you will work closely with Project Managers and field teams to assist with day-to-day project operations, documentation, and coordination. You will play a critical role in keeping projects moving efficiently by managing records, coordinating subcontractors, and supporting scheduling, permitting, and communication efforts. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative office environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Assist with project setup, including creating job folders, organizing project documentation, and reproducing or scanning construction plans. Maintain, monitor, and organize project records for incoming and active projects using RedTeam Construction Management software. Support the permitting process by coordinating with permitting contractors and government agencies to obtain required permits, licenses, and approvals. Track and coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, and the distribution of updated construction documents to subcontractors and suppliers. Communicate with subcontractors regarding contracts, revisions, and change orders. Record and track Notices of Commencement and other required project filings. Upload, maintain, and manage blueprints, plans, and revisions to ensure version accuracy. Coordinate travel arrangements, lodging, equipment, and material deliveries for Superintendents and project staff as needed. Provide administrative and logistical support to the Project Management team throughout the project lifecycle. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business operations. What You Bring to the Team Education or formal training in Business Administration or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience may be substituted. Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role. Prior experience in a construction, engineering, or architectural environment is strongly preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with RedTeam Construction Management software is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with management, vendors, subcontractors, and customers. High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to quality work. Strong work ethic and a team-focused mindset. Compensation & Benefits Here's what we offer:
