Position Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day office management and clerical support Prepare, coordinate, and distribute correspondence, reports, rosters, and presentation materials Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and provide general front office support Maintain hardcopy and electronic filing systems and records Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking, itinerary preparation, and expense reporting Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and track action items Assist with office moves, workspace coordination, and general office logistics Support timekeeping and administrative tracking processes Coordinate visitor access and required documentation for site visits Assist with travel documentation needs, including passports and visas when applicable Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and courier services Support the preparation and processing of internal recognition or awards documentation Review and format presentations, briefings, and reports for accuracy and consistency Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and internal briefings Track facility-related requests and coordinate with appropriate teams to resolve issues Monitor office supply levels, place orders, and distribute materials as needed Troubleshoot basic office equipment issues and coordinate with support teams when necessary Assist with onboarding of new personnel, including coordination of resources and setup Track required trainings and notify staff of upcoming deadlines or renewals Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
