What You'll Be Doing Owner of project coordination on new projects, track assignments, and keep internal documents accurate and up to date as details change. Time management & multi-project prioritization by tracking deadlines and coordinating assignments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Data accuracy & digital tool proficiency ensuring all project records and deliverables meet KCI's accuracy standards. Support quality control reviews to ensure regulatory standards and client expectations are consistently met. Supporting role in the assembly of SWPPPs and BMP maps for construction and industrial projects in compliance with Florida DEP and NPDES requirements. Maintain all project related compliance documents — SWPPPs, inspection reports, and permit records — keeping them accurate and up to date as project details evolve. Respond professionally to internal and external clients in a timely, clear manner. Navigate and research environmental permitting documents and compliance databases with accuracy. Collaborate with the leadership team to meet deadlines, support daily assignments, and uphold KCI's internal policies and client commitments. Contribute ideas that improve workplace efficiency and compliance accuracy. What We're Looking For Technical skills Some familiarity with stormwater management, erosion control, or environmental compliance concepts Exposure to or interest in SWPPP, NPDES, or BMP practices — we're happy to help you grow Comfortable navigating documents, databases, and digital tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro a plus Professional Strengths Highly organized with the ability to communicate updates with clarity Self-motivated, ethical, and dependable in a fast-paced environment Takes initiative to find solutions to internal and external challenges Strong business acumen and full availability Collaborative team player who upholds internal and external expectations Efficient and responsive daily communicator Minimum Qualifications A degree in business administration, natural resources, construction management, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience. Some prior experience in a professional or field environment; environmental or construction backgrounds are a plus Comfortable with standard office technology Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
