SunCoast Restoration and Waterproofing seeks a Project Manager to lead structural concrete repair, building restoration, and waterproofing projects across Florida. In this role, you will manage project planning, scheduling, and budgets; coordinate field crews and subcontractors; and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards. You will review drawings and specs, prepare change orders, track costs, and maintain detailed project documentation while serving as the primary client contact, providing clear, timely communication and problem-solving from pre-construction through closeout. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and manage structural repair and waterproofing projects from kickoff through closeout. Develop and track project budgets, costs, and change orders to maintain profitability. Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets. Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure scope clarity and compliance. Enforce safety standards and company policies on all job sites. Maintain detailed project documentation, reporting progress and issues to leadership. Serve as primary client contact, providing clear communication, updates, and issue resolution. Support estimating, pre-construction planning, and project handoff to field teams.
