Project Manager -
Fire Alarm Designer Location:
Pace, FL About the Opportunity We are partnering with a fast-growing fire alarm and low-voltage contractor supporting new construction projects across commercial, multi-family, and hospitality sectors. This is a high-impact opportunity to work directly with leadership and take full ownership of projects in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. What You'll Do Design fire alarm systems using AutoCAD Develop shop drawings ranging from quick-turn to complex designs Support or lead estimating efforts (takeoffs, BOMs, proposals) Manage projects from design through execution (cradle-to-grave) Interpret construction drawings and specifications Collaborate with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders Provide occasional field support as needed Project Portfolio Multi-family developments Commercial construction (restaurants, retail, etc.) Hospitality projects (including mid- and high-rise hotels) Large-scale and industrial facilities Required Qualifications NICET Level III certification Strong fire alarm system design experience Proficiency in AutoCAD Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Experience managing projects end-to-end Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Experience is a plus Low-voltage systems (data, DAS/BDA, etc.) Experience with Siemens, EST, or Kidde systemsBICSI/RCDD
