Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to help keep our projects organized, on schedule, and running efficiently from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is proactive and solves problems before they become problems. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and has a continuous improvement mindset and contributes to the growth and success of our team. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and schedule estimates Check in new jobs after contracts are signed and ensure all project information is entered accurately Coordinate project schedules, permits, and materials Communicate with homeowners throughout each project by providing updates, timelines, and answering questions Keep projects moving forward on schedule Scheduling final inspections & collect final balance upon job completion Enter vendor bills and invoices into each jobs file Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently What We're Looking For 2+ years of office administration or customer service experience (required) Construction, home improvement, or trade office experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Someone who brings new ideas, embraces change, and is always looking for ways to improve processes and help the team succeed What We Offer Paid Time Off and paid holidays Long-term, stable career opportunity Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment If you're dependable, organized, solution-oriented, and excited to bring fresh ideas that make a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
