Job Description:
We are a boutique real estate, property management and construction firm offering a fully integrated platform across brokerage, construction management, finance, and leasing. Our team operates as a true one-stop shop, primarily focused on local residential renovation and development projects throughout the West Palm Beach area. As a small, highly collaborative team, we move quickly, take ownership, and value individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow within the business. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. This role will support day-to-day internal support and project execution across renovation and development projects, acting as a key liaison between field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain broad exposure across construction, real estate, and development operations . Key Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track Serve as a communication hub between field operations, clients, and management Assist with planning and logistics for residential renovation and development projects Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and general coordination Track project progress and proactively identify and help resolve issues Maintain organized records of project activities, contracts, and communications Assist across departments including construction, brokerage, finance, and leasing as needed Participate in client updates and internal meetings to ensure alignment across all parties Qualifications 2-4+ years of experience in construction, real estate, or project coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Comfortable working in a small team environment with evolving responsibilities Ability to take initiative and operate with a high level of ownership Proficiency in Procore, Company Cam, and/or Property Management industry software What We're Looking For A self-starter who can adapt quickly and handle multiple responsibilities Someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of a project-not just one lane Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across field and office teams Interest in growing within a real estate development and construction platform
