Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Palmetto, FL, responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. Daily tasks include coordinating project schedules, managing resources and subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role involves monitoring site activities, conducting or reviewing inspections, resolving field issues, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with field crews, vendors, and clients to align project progress with contract requirements and quality standards. This position also requires ongoing communication with stakeholders to provide updates, anticipate risks, and implement corrective actions when needed. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to lead construction projects effectively. Candidates should possess expediting capabilities, including experience as an Expeditor and proficiency in Expediting materials, permits, and project documentation. Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, including conducting or coordinating Inspection activities to verify quality, safety, and compliance. Candidates should possess logistics management skills, including Logistics Management experience to coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to meet project timelines. Knowledge of roadway and site construction processes, specifications, and safety regulations. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting. Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Proficiency with project management software and basic office applications (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools). Relevant experience in construction project management; a related technical or construction management background is preferred. Ability to work on-site, adapt to changing field conditions, and uphold company safety and quality standards.
