Restoration Project Manager

I & E Construction is a fast-growing, family-owned full service general contractor, currently looking for a Restoration Project Manager. We are seeking an experienced Construction Restoration Project Manager to oversee multi-building restoration projects in Panama City and surrounding areas, main office being in Orlando. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of restoration processes, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage restoration projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Prepare detailed proposals, scopes of work, and respond to RFPs. Conduct on-site walkthroughs and inspections with clients and stakeholders. Supervise field teams and subcontractors, maintaining high safety and quality standards. Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal teams, property managers, engineers, and clients. Prepare and review project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders. Monitor progress and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction project management (restoration experience is required). Proven ability to develop proposals, scopes of work, and manage RFP processes. Concrete restoration experience and exterior cladding experience are a must. ICRI certification (International Concrete Repair Institute) required or ability to obtain. Knowledge of building envelope systems, structural repairs, and exterior restoration. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel within the Panama City region.

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
