Job Description
  • Manage the Hollice T Williams Stormwater Park project, with approximately 10 hours per week dedicated to paperwork and reporting, and the remaining 30 dedicated to being on-the-job
  • Manage budgets, specifications, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, funding requirements, and codes
  • Manage complex, multi-phase projects with varied funding sources, including federal grant funds
  • Review project scopes, identify risks, document site conditions, and recommend solutions
  • Coordinate consultants and oversee development of construction plans
  • Review and approve consultant and contractor pay requests
  • Serve as liaison with federal, state, local, and other governmental agencies
  • Maintain project records, technical documentation, and required reports

  • Strong knowledge of site/civil construction and constructability, especially pertaining to stormwater and sewers
  • Experience managing, preparing and submitting documentation required for federally funded projects, including Davis-Bacon compliance, Certified Payrolls, EEO reporting, and related requirements.
  • Experience with Procore project management software. 
  • Experience overseeing construction contractors to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. 
  • Ability to supervise two project inspectors.
  • PMP certification
