$40.00/hour on W2 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator / Project Manager Support professional to assist with the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will support project managers in coordinating schedules, tracking project progress, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Candidates with experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations , as well as familiarity with wind turbine components , are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Support project managers throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation, and status reports. Coordinate project resources, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders. Serve as a point of contact for project communications and provide regular status updates. Identify potential project risks or roadblocks and help resolve issues proactively. Collaborate with internal departments to secure required resources and technical support. Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Required Qualifications Associate's degree from an accredited college/university OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience in a business environment. 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management support, project controls, operations, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , including: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint Experience using Adobe Acrobat/PDF tools for creating and editing PDF documents. Experience with Oracle . Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Background in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations . Familiarity with wind turbine components . Experience with project management software. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
