Job Description:

Were looking to bring on a Field Lead / Project Manager at Preventia Security. This role is a hybrid between field leadership, project coordination, and light business development, with a strong emphasis on fire systems.

At a high level, were looking for someone who can take ownership of projects from planning through execution, while helping ensure we stay aligned with code requirements, permitting, and overall quality standards.

Core Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary field lead on projects, with a focus on fire systemsCoordinate with General Contractors, fire marshals, and AHJsEnsure proper permitting is obtained and maintainedReview and help coordinate engineered drawingsWork closely with technicians to drive execution, accountability, and qualityAssist in installation when needed, but primarily lead through coordination and oversightSupport quoting and project scoping when applicableHelp manage and build relationships with contractorsIdentify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new businessThis is more than just an installation rolethis is life safety work, and were looking for someone who understands the responsibility that comes with that.

Were ideally looking for someone who:

Has experience with fire alarm systems (preferred, but not required if theyre willing to learn)Communicates well with both field teams and external partnersTakes ownership and operates with a high level of accountabilityIs flexible and willing to support across different types of projects when needed.
