Job Description:

A highly reputable Commercial General Contractor based in Pensacola, Florida is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team. This company has built a strong reputation throughout the Southeast for delivering complex commercial projects with a focus on quality, collaboration, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from initial planning through final completion, ensuring all work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standard. This position requires someone who can effectively manage both the operational and client-facing sides of commercial construction while working closely with field teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing day-to-day management of commercial construction projects Managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project execution Coordinating with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and ownership teams Handling RFIs, change orders, submittals, and procurement activities Monitoring project progress and proactively resolving issues that may impact cost or schedule Conducting regular meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders Maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Supporting successful project closeout and turnover processes

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor Background managing ground-up and/or large-scale renovation projects Strong understanding of commercial construction operations and project lifecycle management Experience with budgeting, scheduling software, and construction documentation Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus This opportunity offers the chance to join a stable and highly regarded contractor with a strong project pipeline, supportive leadership team, and clear opportunities for career progression.
