Responsibilities Project Coordination and Support Assist Project Managers with planning, permitting, scheduling, and coordinating commercial roofing projects. Help track project timelines, budgets, material deliveries, and labor resources. Support project startup activities, including permit tracking, submittals, and procurement. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to internal teams. Team Coordination and Communication Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to support project execution. Schedule meetings, site visits, and project-related communications. Assist in resolving project issues and maintaining workflow efficiency. Foster positive working relationships among project stakeholders. Client Support and Service Assist with client communications and provide project updates as directed by the Project Manager. Help address customer requests and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Support site meetings and project walkthroughs when needed. Quality Control and Safety Administration Assist in monitoring project compliance with company quality standards and safety requirements. Help coordinate inspections, closeout documentation, and punch-list activities. Maintain project records related to safety, inspections, and compliance. Budget and Procurement Support Assist with tracking project costs, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and change orders. Coordinate material orders and deliveries to ensure projects remain on schedule. Support cost reporting and budget monitoring activities. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate project files, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting notes, and closeout documents. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and project status updates. Assist with project closeout packages and final documentation. Experience Previous roofing industry/permitting experience preferred. Strong organizational, time-management, and problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
