Job Description

Job Summary A well-established commercial electrical subcontractor is looking for a qualified Project Coordinator. Candidate must have a construction background and knowledge of construction, architectural and engineering terminology as well as the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work and have a can-do attitude. Growth opportunity for the right individual. Bi-lingual a plus. Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in construction office environment preferably with a subcontractor (HVAC, Electric or Plumbing)
Fluent Software Knowledge:
o Excel o Word o Outlook o Bluebeam o Timberline Primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Project set up Issue, log and set up new projects Assist PM's with data entry Answer Phones Prepare close-out packages Panel schedules Process submittals Monitor and track long lead time items for schedule compliance. Monitor deadlines/schedules Process and track project submissions (RFI's, Submittals, Change Requests, etc.) Process, expedite, schedule and track project permit as well as inspections Create, log and update project related spreadsheets. Schedule No-Cuts tickets. Qualified candidates please submit resume.
