full-time About Halifax Paving Halifax Paving, family-owned and operated since 1955, has a proven track record of providing high-quality asphalt and site work services throughout Eastern and Northern Central Florida. We are seeking a Project Manager to manage project documentation, support project engineers, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Responsibilities Manage the flow of documents between internal and external partners, ensuring project documentation is processed on time. Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Create and maintain project schedules, including tracking milestones and deadlines. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify issues or concerns. Act as a liaison between the Superintendent and subcontractors. Monitor and track project costs, including change orders, and prepare project financial reports. Collaborate with project team members, including owners, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project success. Provide technical support to project team members as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree or strong work history a plus. Knowledge of Primavera scheduling. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Computer proficiency. Troubleshooting skills. Strong time management.
