We're not your average painting company. Painters on Demand provides superior paint solutions for commercial, industrial, institutional and retail clients across the Southeast, US. ​ Organize, oversee & manage projects from start to finish, ensuring each project is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client. Organize & oversee the schedules & work of crews as assigned by the operations manager. Set deadlines and perform punch lists & quality audits. Communicates with the team & supports team members to help move projects along in projected timelines while maintaining high quality work & minimal wasted time & materials. Responsible & accountable for quality of work. Keeps and maintains appropriate production records. Ensures that assigned crews comply with company policies & safety standards. Coordinates with human resources to respond to employee concerns or complaints. Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience:

Excellent managerial & supervisory skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Previous experience is required Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers Physical ability to perform manual labor Product Knowledge and technique is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual is a plus!
