Job Summary The Project Coordinator is a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional responsible for supporting the day-to-day management and coordination of multiple projects. This role requires a dependable, efficient, and organized individual who demonstrates accountability, punctuality, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities Responsible with the preparation and submission of MOT permits and coordinate with permitting authorities as needed. Track MOT permit status and follow up to ensure timely approvals. Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Coordinate and oversee daily project activities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with vendors and internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients. Prepare, update, and track project, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain permitting timelines. Ensure accountability and follow-through on assigned tasks, deadlines, and communications. Contribute to a positive team environment through professionalism, reliability, and proactive engagement. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
4-year degree in finance Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint). Knowledge of or experience with Right-of-Way permitting and/or Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) permitting or operations preferred. Ability to read and interpret constructions and MOT plans related documentations. Experience in MOT permitting is preferred. Preferred Qualifications:
Three (3) or more years of experience as a Project Coordinator. Bilingual Physical Demands and Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners.
