They have a variety of CNC machines and tooling to accomplish most custom metal projects. The company is equipped to handle all aspects of a project in-house to ensure promptness and quality. Their cutting, punching, bending and shaping machines allow them to make designs accurate and appealing. They weld, paint and assemble their products in their brand new facility. For electrical requirements the organization has a highly trained staff of wiring personnel with years of experience wiring relay and control panels for the utility industry. They continually strive to improve their processes to meet the needs of their valued customers. The company has an immediate need for Project Coordinators and Project managers to work in their Sanford plant. Ideal candidates would have the following qualifications and experience:
SUMMARY:
Duties and responsibilities will be assisting in preparing accurate and profitable job estimates.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Help create project estimates and bid documents.
Including but not limited to:
Accurately entering customer information and other data into customer database Identifying and requesting additional information from customer via email of phone, if necessary Help do material take-offs from customer specifications and drawings Retrieving vendor pricing and costs Identifying and estimating labor requirement Help develop project bill of materials Assist in creating or fill-in bid documents Saving all files and documentation in an organized manner Assisting with creating and managing of resultant purchase orders Preparing quote for project manager take-over Attending kick-off meetings and/or assist project managers in understanding scope
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Acute attention to detail Strong organizational skills Commitment to excellence and high standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
