This individual will serve as the primary project management resource within our Orlando office, overseeing projects from award through closeout while helping establish and support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with clients and field teams, and can independently manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position reports directly to executive leadership and works collaboratively with operations, procurement, and accounting teams at our Jacksonville headquarters. Essential Responsibilities Project Management Manage audiovisual integration projects from contract award through final closeout. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and installation timelines. Coordinate site surveys, installations, programming, commissioning, and end-user training activities. Lead project kickoff meetings and participate in regular status meetings with clients and internal teams. Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks, scheduling conflicts, or resource constraints. Coordinate and document project changes, ensuring all scope modifications are communicated appropriately. Oversee project closeout activities, including punch lists, final documentation, client training, and obtaining project sign-off. Field Coordination Coordinate field technicians, programmers, subcontractors, and commissioning personnel to ensure projects are executed efficiently. Ensure field teams have the information, access requirements, and site contacts necessary to perform their work. Maintain ongoing communication between clients, vendors, and field teams to resolve issues quickly and minimize disruptions. Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress, support field personnel, and maintain strong customer relationships. Escalate issues requiring leadership support while recommending practical solutions. Orlando Office Support Assist with the successful launch and daily operations of the Orlando office. Coordinate office scheduling, visitor logistics, and administrative activities as needed. Serve as a local representative of AnuVision Technologies in the Central Florida market. Help maintain a professional office environment for clients, partners, and employees. Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and support continued growth throughout the region. Qualifications Required Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience. Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Asana, NetSuite, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Florida. Preferred Experience in audiovisual integration, low-voltage systems, construction, telecommunications, or technology deployment environments. Familiarity with project management platforms such as NetSuite, Procore, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar systems. Understanding of AV installation processes, commissioning activities, and construction coordination. CTS certification or other industry-related credentials. Experience supporting satellite office operations or new office launches. Must possess a valid Florida driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and have reliable transportation to travel regularly to project sites throughout Florida.
