In this role, you will serve as a vital link between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and precise documentation. Your proactive approach will help keep projects on track, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Duties Coordinate project and service schedules for operations. Ensuring customer timelines are met and the teams are responsive to live issues Permitting and procurement of material to ensure project requirements are met. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals with accuracy and attention to detail Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and maintain project momentum Support project managers in tracking progress, updating schedules, and maintaining project logs Customer Service Intake for calls and support to our local business Assist in coordinating site activities by liaising with construction teams to ensure smooth daily operations Data Entry for customer and project information along with General Office Administration activities Qualifications Experience in the Fire Alarm/Security industry is a huge plus Office clerical experience and understanding of customer needs and frustrations Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively Ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams including clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff Microsoft Office Platform Strong organizational skills coupled with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving Premier Data Services experience a BONUS!
