Senior Project Manager — EIFS & Stucco

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager specializing in Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS), Stucco, Stone and Brick Veneer to lead complex construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring that all aspects of EIFS and stucco installation meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your leadership will drive project success by managing teams, contractors, and stakeholders while adhering to schedules and budgets. Duties Manage full project lifecycle for EIFS, stucco, and related veneer projects (preconstruction, planning, procurement, execution, closeout). Develop and maintain schedules, cost budgets, and cashflow forecasts; monitor job cost and profitability, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site crews; oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop detailed project scopes, timelines, and budgets. Utilize construction management software for project scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation. Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings to verify project requirements and facilitate accurate implementation. Monitor project progress through regular site visits; address issues proactively to minimize delays or cost overruns. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and milestones. Communicate regularly with owners, GCs, architects, and consultants; represent the company at meetings. Extensive experience with construction estimating, project management methodologies, and construction site operations. Proficiency in construction management software including Planswift, ProCore and Bluebeam. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts administration, and construction documentation. Review construction documents, prepare scopes, RFIs, change orders, and submittals. Perform site visits, inspections, and QA/QC checks; document and resolve field issues promptly. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling and time management to meet aggressive deadlines. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team coordination and stakeholder engagement. In-depth understanding of EIFS & stucco installation processes within commercial projects. Ensure compliance with manufacturer systems (EIFS/Stucco), industry standards, and local code. Pay:

$80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
