Job Description Construction Resources is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead building materials and installation projects from bid through closeout. This role coordinates with builders, designers, installers, and vendors to plan schedules, manage budgets, and ensure accurate material takeoffs and on-time delivery. The Project Manager tracks progress, resolves site issues, enforces safety and quality standards, and keeps customers informed. You will collaborate across sales, design, and operations teams while supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Own construction-related projects from bid through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Coordinate with builders, designers, installers, and vendors to plan schedules and material deliveries. Prepare and review takeoffs, quotes, and change orders for accuracy and profitability. Monitor project progress, resolve field issues, and maintain high safety and quality standards. Communicate regularly with customers, providing status updates and managing expectations. Use project management and ERP tools to track milestones, costs, and inventory. Collaborate with sales, design, and operations to improve processes and customer experience. Maintain documentation including contracts, permits, RFIs, and closeout packages.
