Job Description

A respected leader in commercial and residential flooring is seeking a motivated Project Sales Professional to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of flooring project sales experience who enjoys building lasting relationships, winning business, and managing projects from start to finish. What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and expectations
  • Keep stakeholders informed throughout every phase of the project
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial sale through completion What you'll bring:
  • 2-5 years of flooring project sales experience
  • Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing project timelines and budgets
  • Confidence using project management and related business tools
  • A proactive, organized, and customer-focused approach Compensation and benefits:
  • $90,000-$120,000 base salary per year
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance
