What You'll Be Doing Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver product and manufacturing initiatives on time, cost, and quality targets . Plan projects end-to-end, defining scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure clear execution and accountability . Manage project execution by tracking risks, milestones, and deliverables to keep teams aligned and focused on results . Coordinate prototyping, testing, and design change qualification to ensure product readiness and manufacturing robustness . Present project progress and outcomes to stakeholders to enable timely decisions at key milestones and gates . What We're Looking For 3 years to +5 year of experience leading cross-functional projects in product development, manufacturing, or industrial environments. Experience analyzing engineering design changes and working with complex Bills of Material Strong project management capability across planning, execution, risk, cost, and schedule control .
