As a Restoration Project Manager, you own the job from the first call to final sign‑off. In this vital role, you will coordinate all aspects of property restoration, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will drive team performance, manage client expectations, and uphold quality control throughout each phase of the restoration process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for managing complex projects with precision, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the restoration industry. What We Offer Competitive base salary with substantial bonus potential tied to project performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. A clear path to grow your leadership responsibilities as the company expands. Modern tools and technology, including AI‑assisted systems that help with scoping, documentation, and communication, built to make your job easier and more accurate, not to replace your judgment. A blue‑collar trade leadership role: you'll spend more time in the field and with customers than behind a desk, in a career where AI works with you, not to replace you. Responsibilities Lead and supervise restoration projects, including cleaning, debris removal, structural repairs, and cleaning operations such as laundry and janitorial tasks. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to establish project timelines, scope of work, and resource allocation. Oversee daily project activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations. Manage and motivate teams by providing clear direction, supervising work performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment. You'll spend your time on job sites and with customers, leading crews, making decisions, and keeping projects moving, not staring at spreadsheets all day. Restoration is a blue‑collar trade at its core, and that makes it far tougher for AI to replace than many white‑collar office positions. Our AI‑driven tools are here to make your planning, estimating, and documentation faster and more accurate, but they still rely on your judgment, field experience, and leadership. Join us if you're ready to lead impactful restoration projects that restore properties and bring peace of mind to clients!
