This role serves as the connection between operations, sales, marketing, inventory, and customer experience to support the growth and positioning of Criniere within the equestrian retail market. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management Plan and execute retail and operational projects for the store. Define project goals, timelines, and priorities. Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and project performance. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards. Operations & Organization Improve internal processes and operational efficiency. Coordinate the launch of new products and collections. Oversee inventory coordination and supplier communication. Implement systems and solutions to enhance customer service and workflow. Team Coordination Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams. Assign tasks and follow up on project progress. Maintain clear communication between departments and external partners. Commercial Strategy Support brand growth and business development initiatives. Analyze sales performance and operational metrics. Develop strategies to increase customer retention and revenue. Marketing & Events Coordinate campaigns, product launches, and equestrian events. Oversee promotional activities and brand collaborations. Ensure brand consistency and premium customer experience across all channels. Required Skills Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and follow-up abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach. Knowledge of retail operations; equestrian industry knowledge is a plus. Qualifications Previous experience in project management, retail operations, or business administration. Experience using organizational tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Excel. Ability to coordinate teams, vendors, and external partners. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency preferred. Passion for or familiarity with the equestrian industry is highly valued.
