  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, permits, and project documentation
  • Support budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
  • Track project schedules and maintain reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with field teams, consultants, and ownership groups

  • 2+ years of experience with a general contractor
  • Multifamily or affordable housing experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Offer Salary Range:
$90,000-$100,000 + Bonus
  • Profit sharing and 5% 401(k) match
