Job Description

Description We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure IT Infrastructure Project Manager to support our client's technology initiatives. This role will focus on leading infrastructure-related projects across network environments, server upgrades, software upgrades, and core IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead infrastructure IT projects involving network upgrades, server implementations, system migrations, and software upgrade initiatives. + Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables from kickoff through completion. + Use monday.com to track project progress, milestones, workflows, and portfolio activity. + Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of infrastructure projects. + Monitor vendor performance and track progress against deliverables and timelines. + Oversee activities related to network readiness, server deployment, system performance, and upgrade coordination. + Support infrastructure changes in healthcare environments while minimizing downtime and operational disruption. + Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to align infrastructure work with organizational needs. + Coordinate end-user training and communication for impacted teams during system and software changes. + Identify project risks, escalate issues as needed, and drive resolution to keep initiatives on track. + Maintain project documentation and provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders. Requirements + 5+ years of experience in IT project management, infrastructure leadership, or technical project delivery. + Strong experience with network infrastructure, servers, system upgrades, software deployments, and related IT operations. + Familiarity with healthcare systems and the need for uptime, security, and operational continuity. + Proficiency with monday.com for project tracking, workflow management, and reporting. + Experience coordinating with third-party vendors, consultants, and cross-functional internal teams. + Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to manage multiple infrastructure initiatives in a fast-paced environment. + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred. + PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certification is a plus.
