This position is responsible for managing the development of construction documents, project schedules, and budgets across multiple projects and phases
  • from design through documentation and contract administration.
Qualifications & Attributes:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (required). NCARB certification, state architectural license, or eligibility for licensure preferred. Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and self-motivated work style with demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities. Enthusiastic about mentoring and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced, and positive office culture. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, contractors, and consultants. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office (required).
Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
