Junior Project Manager 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Ball Ground, GA 30107 Raydeo Enterprises Inc 23 reviews Role Overview The Junior Project Manager is a full‑time role supporting preconstruction, estimating, and early project execution efforts across Raydeo Enterprises. The Junior Project Manager assists with bid evaluation, estimating support, coordination, and administrative execution while learning Raydeo's processes, standards, and systems. The Junior Project Manager is expected to act as a guardian of budgeted hours , support accurate and compliant estimating, and coordinate early project activities under the direction of Project Managers, the Preconstruction Director, and management. This position is designed for individuals who may not yet be fully trained in Raydeo processes , but who demonstrate strong work ethics, attention to detail, and a desire to grow into a Project Manager role. This is NOT a remote position. Core Responsibilities Preconstruction & Estimating Support Review and qualify bid opportunities from BuildingConnected and other platforms as assigned Prepare estimates using Raydeo preconstruction SOPs ("The Path") Validate costs independently, regardless of prebuilt assemblies Ensure estimates meet the needs of Accounting, Engineering, and Management Coordinate job feasibility with Raydeo's capacity using Computer‑Ease reports Support job selection and scheduling alignment prior to client commitment Follow up with clients on commitment timelines to protect schedule availability Assist in closing awarded jobs and coordinating initial project setup Coordination & Project Setup Participate in kickoff meetings with management and project teams Adjust preliminary budgets based on schedule, material, and labor constraints Ensure manufacturing and installation scopes align with Raydeo standards Support approval release for production drawings following verified field measurements Assign and track early requirements for Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Installation Coordinate subcontractor engagement per Raydeo SOPs when required Assist with contract reviews and handoff to Accounting Project Administration & Close‑Out Understand contractual scenarios and financial impacts to protect project profitability Track purchases, schedules, and coordination items through project systems Support official project closeout per Raydeo procedures Required Qualifications & Skills General knowledge of construction, manufacturing, or related industries Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through Ability to follow instructions and communicate professionally with leadership Willingness to learn Raydeo systems, standards, and tools Proficiency or trainability with Microsoft 365, Innergy, and Raydeo software platforms Desire to pursue certifications and professional growth Position Requirements Reliable attendance and punctuality Some overnight travel may be required Pass drug screening per Georgia Drug‑Free Workplace Policy Obtain OSHA 30 Construction within first 30 days Proper use of required PPE always Ability to read and follow work order assignments Core Expectations Strong safety awareness for self and others Respectful communication with all levels of the organization Initiative to learn the trade and Raydeo processes Accountability for time, accuracy, and assigned tasks Commitment to professional development and advancement
