Back To Results Project Coordinator / Administrator Job Description Project Coordinator / Administrator Duties include : Create Contracts, Company Change Orders, Subcontractor Agreements, Subcontractor Change Orders, AIA Documents, Lien Releases & Job Proposals File for Notice of Commencements comparative pricing for Project Managers on dumpsters, containers, rental equipment, etc. Assist Project Managers with all bid documentation prior to bid date Make sure we have all proper documentation executed by subcontractors before job starts Provide Superintendents needed documentation for individual job sites Prepared Close Out Notebooks for
