Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee residential restoration and renovation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades while maintaining project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with office staff to manage all aspects of residential renovation and restoration projects. Plan project schedules, coordinate trades, and oversee daily progress. Conduct site visits to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to scope. Communicate effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, and office staff. Manage project budgets, material orders, and change orders. Document project milestones, reports, and updates for internal and client use. Qualifications Experience in reconstruction, or project management required. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and trade coordination. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret project plans, Xactimate estimates, and scopes of work. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
