Full-Time Premier Staffing Unlimited is seeking an experienced Bilingual Project Coordinator for a growing residential construction company in the Byron, GA area. This is a hands-on position for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working both in the field and with crews, and able to help keep multiple residential construction projects moving on schedule. Responsibilities Manage daily crew assignments and ensure teams are dispatched to the correct job sites on time Monitor subcontractor and crew progress throughout different phases of construction Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate work progress, quality, and crew performance Serve as a primary point of communication between office staff and field crews Identify job-site concerns, delays, or other issues and communicate them promptly Assist with job-site check-ins, progress updates, and field reporting Help keep crews accountable and projects moving according to schedule Coordinate information and instructions with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members Qualifications Previous experience in residential construction, field supervision, project coordination, or a similar role Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions in the field Comfortable communicating with construction crews and subcontractors Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation required Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps for communication and reporting Dependable, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities About the Position This position offers an opportunity to take an active role in day-to-day field operations for a growing residential construction company. Projects may include fencing, decks, pavilions, screen porches, garages, home additions, hardscapes, and other residential improvements.
