Full-Time Introduction:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our construction projects from the office. This role involves meticulous planning, effective communication, and efficient management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.Budget Management:
Work alongside Bookkeeper to establish and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.Team Coordination:
Coordinate tasks to team members, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring clear communication of expectations and deadlines.Regulatory Compliance:
Obtain necessary permits and ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.Client Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and communications for future reference and reporting.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferredSkills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of construction processes preferredWork Environment:
This position is primarily office-based, with occasional site visits as necessary. The role requires a proactive approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all aspects are aligned and progressing as planned.Benefits:
