Responsibilities Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from startup through closeout Lead project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and execution Oversee project financial performance, budgets, and cost reporting Coordinate field manpower with superintendents and foremen Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and NEC requirements Manage subcontractors, purchasing, and vendor relationships Coordinate material, tooling, and equipment needs Support project safety initiatives and company safety standards Monitor project quality and productivity performance Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders Mentor and support field leaders and project teams Identify fabrication and process improvement opportunities Project Experience We Value Experience managing electrical construction projects in: Mission Critical / Data Centers Large Commercial Construction Industrial Facilities Healthcare Manufacturing Institutional Projects Preferred Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of electrical construction experience Experience managing commercial or mission critical electrical projects Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and NEC requirements Proven leadership experience managing field teams and project operations Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment Experience with project financial management and cost reporting Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency with construction/project management software including: Spectrum Accubid Bluebeam Microsoft Office Suite Compensation & Benefits Ace Electric offers competitive compensation based on experience, project complexity, leadership responsibilities, and market conditions.
