We are currently seeking Mechanical Project Managers to support the successful execution of our mechanical construction projects in and around the Jacksonville, Florida area . Relocation assistance to the Jacksonville, Florida area is available for qualified applicants located outside of the area. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and day-to-day management of the mechanical scope of work on assigned projects. Working alongside mechanical superintendents, subcontractors, and project team members, you'll help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while meeting all contract and government requirements. Current opportunities are available in the Jacksonville, FL area. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred; High School diploma or GED required. Additional coursework or training in construction management, project management, mechanical trades, BIM, CADD, or related disciplines is a plus. Five or more years of experience managing the mechanical scope of commercial or government construction projects valued at $5 million or more. Mechanical field or trade experience is highly desirable. Experience with military, government, large commercial, or Design-Build construction projects is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Primavera P6 is preferred; training is available. Experience using BIM software is preferred; training is available. Ability to travel to project sites as required.
