Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Join a Growing Restoration Company PuroClean of Lawrenceville & Chamblee is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help keep our restoration projects moving from start to finish. This is an entry-level position — no restoration experience required. We will train the right person. What You'll Do This position serves as the communication and quality control hub between field technicians, office staff, insurance companies, and customers. Review field photos and videos for completeness and quality Verify technicians collected all required documentation before leaving a job Review assessment documentation to ensure nothing was missed Follow up with technicians when additional photos or documentation are needed Assist with preparing job files before submission to insurance carriers Respond to notes and requests from insurance adjusters Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and project status Keep job files organized and up to date Track outstanding items and help move projects through completion Work closely with management to maintain accurate documentation
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Extremely organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working with computers and mobile apps Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional when speaking with customers and insurance representatives Self-motivated and dependable Able to communicate clearly in writing and over the phone Willing to learn new software and processes Preferred Experience (Not Required): Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Customer Service, Dispatch, Insurance, Property Restoration, or Construction Office Administration. We will train the right person.
