In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on supply-related cost, schedule, and performance metrics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage change requests, support integrated master schedule updates, and contribute to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance. Your work will support the overall sustainment strategy for the AMMM programs, helping Lockheed Martin meet key customer objectives and deliver mission-critical capabilities. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for managing AMMM Sustainment supply cost, technical, and schedule performance across development and modification contracts. Analyze monthly Estimate at Complete (EAC) updates. Track material requirements to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) aligned with contractual due dates. Collect and organize contract closure evidence and documentation. Perform monthly financial and schedule analysis to validate supply obligations, expenditures, and EACs. Prepare and present variance analyses and explanations to CDS Supply and AMMM leadership. Support senior leadership briefings by presenting EVMS status of all Supply Operations cost accounts. Ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) practices and maintain positive performance metrics.

This position is in Marietta, GA https://www.lockheedmartinjobs.com/aero-marietta-georgia Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations Management or related Business Degree from an accredited college. Holds at least 1 year of professional experience. Previous Cost/Control Account Management, Project Management, Accounting, Scheduling, and/or Finance experience. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office tools including Power Point and Excel (including pivot tables, conditional formatting, and creating charts from a data set) Desired Skills SAP Proficiency Solid written, presentation and communication skills along with demonstrated success in utilizing Earned Value (EV) Management, developing and managing integrated master schedules, and performing critical path and financial analysis. Accept responsibility, accountability and exercise authority to ensure task cost, schedule, and technical success is achieved Team player with a positive attitude Experience managing and meeting deadlines and projects (cost and schedule) Desire to enhance program management skills including communication, the ability to deal with unforeseen challenges, and building strong relationships

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
