Occasional travel to Southeastern branch locations (< 20%) About Artisan Family of Brands TeamOne in partnership with Artisan Family of Brands is a custom closet and storage manufacturer operating 6 brands, 3 manufacturing locations, and 7 showrooms across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. We design, build, and install custom storage solutions — and we are growing. About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO, the Project Manager leads special projects across the organization in three core areas: systems implementation and improvement, business integration, and internal quality reporting. You will turn company priorities into structured plans, drive them to completion across departments and brands, and build the reporting that shows leadership how the business is truly performing. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys untangling operational problems and delivering results. It is an individual-contributor role today — but Artisan is growing, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow into a leadership position as the company scales. What You'll Do Lead a portfolio of special projects from scope through execution, keeping timelines, owners, and deliverables on track. Drive systems projects — evaluating, implementing, and improving CRM, ERP, and related business and production systems. Own business integration efforts, standardizing processes and systems across brands, manufacturing locations, and showrooms to reduce friction and duplication. Build and maintain internal quality and performance reporting — dashboards, KPIs, and recurring reports that give the CEO and leadership a clear operational picture. Partner with department and branch leaders to gather requirements, remove blockers, and hold cross-functional work accountable to deadlines. Translate data into clear recommendations and present progress, risks, and results to the CEO and leadership team. What We're Looking For 2-5 years of project management experience, ideally in manufacturing, operations, or a multi-site / multi-brand environment. Bachelor's degree required (business, operations, engineering, supply chain, or a related field). Strong analytical and reporting skills, including comfort building dashboards and working with data. Experience with CRM and ERP systems, Microsoft Teams, and project management tools. Proven ability to run cross-functional projects and hold others accountable without direct authority. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present cleanly to executives. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus, but not required. A growth mindset — someone who wants to develop into a leadership role as the company grows. Compensation & Details Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000, commensurate with experience.
