Project Architect/Project Manager

About the Opportunity Are you ready to take the lead on exciting, high-impact projects in a collaborative environment? We're looking for a Project Architect / Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with clients, engineers, and interior designers to bring projects from concept through completion in a REVIT-only studio . What You'll Do Lead and manage 2-3 projects simultaneously , ensuring schedules and quality standards are met. Oversee the preparation and completion of construction documents . Guide projects smoothly through the permitting process . Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and clients across all phases. Partner with the Owner to set priorities and drive project success. Deliver projects from initial concept to final completion . What We're Looking For Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing projects and teams. Background in architecture with project management experience. Actively working toward architectural licensure . Proficiency in REVIT (required). Excellent communication, organizational, and client-relations skills.

Benefits Salary:

$100,000 - $130,000 base, depending on experience.
